Plain-language description of what this site does with money, what it does not promise, and the rules for using it. Please read it before launching or trading anything here.
The short version
Tokens launched here are ordinary pump.fun memecoins. They can, and often do, go to zero.
FloorFun is set as each token's fee creator. pump.fun creator fees are split on-chain: 80% to a public "sweep wallet" for the paired NFT collection, 20% to FloorFun's protocol wallet.
A bot spends sweep-wallet balances on the cheapest verified listings of the paired collection and holds those NFTs in the sweep wallet.
You get no ownership of, claim on, or payout from those NFTs. Nothing here is an investment, a security, or a promise of return.
We are not affiliated with pump.fun, Magic Eden, or any NFT collection listed here.
1. What FloorFun is
FloorFun is a front end for launching tokens on pump.fun. Every token launched through it is paired to one NFT collection from our allow-list. FloorFun's own wallet is written into the token as its on-chain "creator" so that pump.fun's creator-fee mechanism routes fees through a fee-sharing configuration we control. That configuration, the wallets involved, and every transaction are public on Solana and linked from the home page.
2. Where fees go
pump.fun charges a fee on every trade of a token and pays a portion of it to the token's creator. The exact rates are set by pump.fun and can change without notice to us.
For FloorFun tokens, that creator portion is split by pump.fun's fee-sharing feature: 80% to the sweep wallet of the paired collection, 20% to the protocol wallet. The split is set shortly after launch; until it is set, fees accrue to FloorFun's creator wallet and are distributed according to the same split once it is in place.
Periodically, our bot distributes accrued fees and spends each sweep wallet's balance (minus a small reserve for transaction fees) on listings of the paired collection on a third-party marketplace, checking on-chain that each NFT is a verified member of that collection.
Purchased NFTs are held in the sweep wallet. We may move them to a multisig or other treasury wallet; if we do, the new address will be published on the home page.
The 20% protocol share is ours to use as we see fit, including for infrastructure, marketplace fees, and running the service. FloorFuning is best-effort: it depends on marketplace availability, listings existing under our price ceiling, network conditions, and the bot running. We do not guarantee any purchase, frequency, or amount.
3. What you do not get
Holding a FloorFun token gives you no ownership interest in, right to, or distribution from any NFT the sweep wallet buys.
We make no commitment to sell, redeem, distribute, stake, or otherwise use treasury NFTs for token holders. Any future feature of that kind would be announced separately and is not promised here.
No representation is made that any token will have liquidity, value, listing on any exchange, or "graduate" from pump.fun.
3a. Vault votes
Each collection's page shows a standing vote on what its sweep wallet should do with the NFTs it holds. Votes are weighted by the voter's share of supply across coins paired with that collection, verified by a signed wallet message. Votes are advisory only: they inform what we do but do not bind us, create no right to any NFT or proceeds, and may be ignored where acting on them would be impractical, uneconomic, or unlawful. Options, weighting, and the vote itself may change or be removed at any time.
4. Risks
Total loss. Memecoins and NFTs are highly speculative. Assume anything you put in can go to zero.
Third-party dependence. Launching, fee routing, trading, and sweeping rely on pump.fun, Solana, Helius, Magic Eden, and wallet software we do not control. Any of them can change rules, fees, or availability at any time, which may break or alter how fees are routed.
Smart contract and key risk. Wallets can be compromised, transactions can fail, and software can have bugs. Fee-split setup can be delayed or fail; we retry automatically but cannot guarantee success.
Market risk in sweeps. The bot buys at or near the current floor. Floor prices can fall after purchase. NFTs may be hard to sell.
No custody of your assets. You sign every launch and trade with your own wallet. We never hold your tokens or SOL. We cannot reverse transactions.
Regulatory risk. Laws around tokens and NFTs vary and are changing. It is your responsibility to know whether using this site is legal where you are.
5. Launching a token
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use crypto services in your jurisdiction. Do not use the site from a place where it is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions.
Your wallet shows publicly as the token's deployer. You are responsible for the name, ticker, image, and description you submit. Do not use content you do not have the right to use, impersonate any person or project, or launch anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive. We may remove a token from the site (we cannot remove it from the chain) and refuse future launches.
Pairing a token with a collection does not imply endorsement by, or any relationship with, that collection's creators or holders.
FloorFun's fee-creator role is permanent for the life of the token on pump.fun. Launching means you accept the fee split described above.
6. Not advice, no warranty
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell anything. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost funds, failed transactions, changes made by third parties, or errors in information displayed. The information on the home page (balances, floors, "would buy" previews, trade counts) is provided for transparency and may be delayed or wrong.
7. Fees and taxes
Beyond the pump.fun creator fee split, we do not charge you anything. You pay all network and pump.fun fees for your own transactions. You are responsible for any taxes arising from launching or trading.
8. Changes
We may change the fee split for future launches, the allow-list, the sweeping rules, the treasury wallet, or these terms at any time by updating this page. Changes do not alter the on-chain fee configuration of tokens already launched.
